As of today, our son is officially registered as Stefan Tomovitch Verlinden, citizen of the Russian Federation. Once I have his birth certificate translated, I can send it to the Belgian embassy in Moscow to have him registered as a Belgian citizen.
So, he will automatically have double citizenship...
