The good news
We've found this great piece of land with a wooden datcha and banya and birch trees. It's very idyllic, peaceful and not far from the city. Of course it needs a bit of work, but overall, it's in very good condition.
We've decided to buy it, so that we can spend our summers and winter weekends there.
It costs about 1500 EUR. Now all we have to do is find the money!
