Robbery
I'm being robbed!! 
Olga received a call from the DHL facility in Novosibirsk today. Apparently, you don't have to pay any duties if the value of the goods you're shipping is under 300 €. If it does exceed said amount, you have to pay 30 (yes, thirty) % of the value of the goods. You can imagine how I feel if I tell you that the total value of my goods is 11000 €!! Turns out I have to pay as much in duties as I paid to ship all that junk in the first place! It goes without saying I am more than a little upset. Especially since those 'people' at DHL failed to mention this significant fact.
Talk about a rip-off. 'Ripped off' doesn't even begin to describe how I feel!!
Anyway, I'm calling DHL Novosibirsk in the morning to find out how we can arrange this. You can bet your life my stuff won't reach Kemerovo by April 8!!
