Things are moving fast

Apparently, the Russian consulate in Antwerp has accepted the invitation from Highlight by fax and I can go there and apply for a visa on Monday. Wow!!

Now for flights, there are a number of possibilities (according to Travelprice.be):

- I can either fly straight from Brussels to Moscow Domodedovo airport through Brussels SN Airlines, which is about 150 € and from there straight to Kemerovo (an extra 180 &euro). This is by far the easiest scenario, but those SN Airlines flights are very popular and the first one available is on April 5.
- Another possibility is to leave earlier, from Brussels through London to Moscow Domodedovo and from there to Kemerovo. That would add up to little under 900 €!!
- A third possibility is from Brussels straight to Moscow Sheremetevo through Aeroflot, which is about 320 €, take a bus, a couple of subways and a train to Moscow Domodedovo and fly to Kemerovo from there. That would amount to some 500€.
- There are some other possibilities, but those are even less appealing.

I think I'm going to stick with the first scenario for a number of reasons:
- first of all, obviously, it's dirt cheap!!
- second, I don't have to drag my luggage all over Moscow,
- third it's one transfer less, since the plane flies straight from Brussels to Moscow,
- and finally, it leaves me with a sufficient amount of time (till April 5) to take care of everything and say goodbye to everyone.
I think I'll book my flights on Monday.

Tomorrow I'll go to AS Adventure store to buy some metal trunks to transport all of my things in.

That's it for now, catch you later.
