My invitation is ready
First thing this morning, I received an e-mail from Olga informing me that my invitation is finally ready!! They want to send it straight to the Russian consulate by fax, because by mail it would take about a week. Apparently, they (Highlight School) have done that kind of thing before, when they invited British people over to work. They would like to send the fax today, so I can go to the consulate myself on Monday.
I've been calling the consulate to find out if that is possible - though I highly doubt it - but there's no answer.
Guess I should start packing today.
PS: I just called Highlight and they told me they already sent the fax this morning. I'll call them back in an hour or so.
PPS: I got so excited about all this, that I accidentally called Benedict school instead of Highlight school and left a message on their answering machine. How stupid can you get??!!!
