Update
Yesterday I faxed all my documents to Highlight school. My documents being copies and translations of my passport and diploma, and copies of summer school certificates.
They said they would hand them over to the visa office next week.
When I talked to them on the phone, they sounded very friendly and communicative.
The director, Alevtina Leont'evna, will be at some congress all of next week, so the administrator, Marina Aleksandrovna I think she's called, will keep in touch with Olga and arrange everything through her.
We'll see what happens next...
